Job: Lead Operator

As a Lead Operator you are responsible for the operational activities in our recycling location. You ensure that the components of rubber mats are separated with our machine and that the output is of the right quality. 

You will also perform the following activities:

• Management of the production facility in compliance with environmental and safety requirements/regulations
• Communicating production capacity with our management 
• Monitoring and carrying out the recycling production
• Carrying out inspections of the workshop and ensuring that it can always function optimally and safely
• Communicating with the management team about the production carried out and the possibilities for improvement
• As soon as the organization grows, you will manage the team of operators

What you bring as a Lead Operator:

• Minimum MBO (4) working and thinking level, supplemented with a completed Operator study
• Experience as a team leader is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the required quality, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure that production always runs safely
• Preferably in possession of a VCA certificate
• Willingness to follow training and courses
• You are proactive, independent and enjoy being part of a new, growth-focused international organisation
• Spoken and written command of the English language
• Dutch is an advantage
• In possession of a driving license B and own transport
• Hands on mentality
